• Marketing consent is collected separately from transactional consent and is never a condition of doing business with us.
• We do not share your mobile number with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the SkyRise Consulting website and any consulting, advertising, or marketing services provided by SkyRise Consulting ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By using our website, submitting a form, booking a strategy call, or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2 Services Offered

SkyRise Consulting provides paid advertising management, lead generation strategy, and marketing consulting services exclusively for home service businesses. Services may include:

• Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaign management
• Google Ads and Local Service Ads management
• Landing page and sales funnel optimization
• Lead follow-up automation setup
• Full-service growth strategy and consulting

The specific scope, deliverables, and pricing for services will be outlined in a separate written agreement or service proposal provided to each Client.

3 SMS Communications

• SMS marketing consent is separate from transactional consent and is not shared with third parties.

4 Results Guarantee

SkyRise Consulting offers a performance guarantee of 15–35 qualified estimates within the Client's first 30 days of active campaign management, subject to the following conditions:

• The Client has approved all campaign creatives, targeting, and strategy in a timely manner.
• The Client's minimum agreed advertising budget has been funded and deployed as scheduled.
• The Client responds to and engages with leads in a timely and professional manner.
• The guarantee applies to the first 30 days of a live, active campaign — not from the date of contract signing.
• A "qualified estimate" is a homeowner who has expressed genuine interest through a lead form, phone call, or direct message generated by our campaigns.

If the target is not met, SkyRise Consulting will continue providing services at no additional management fee until it is. This guarantee does not cover refunds of ad spend paid directly to platforms (Meta, Google, etc.).

5 Payment & Billing

• Management fees are billed on a monthly basis.
• Ad spend is paid directly by the Client to the advertising platform(s) and is separate from management fees.
• Invoices are due within the timeframe specified in the service agreement.
• Late payments may result in suspension or termination of services.
• All fees are non-refundable except as explicitly stated in the service agreement or the results guarantee in Section 4.

6 Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide timely access to required advertising accounts, pages, and assets
• Approve creative content and campaign materials within 48 hours of delivery
• Maintain sufficient advertising budget funded in their platform accounts
• Respond to leads in a timely manner (ideally within 5 minutes of receipt)
• Provide accurate business information, service area details, and pricing
• Comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and platform policies

7 Intellectual Property

All advertising creatives, copy, landing pages, and strategies developed by SkyRise Consulting for a Client become the property of that Client upon full payment of all fees due. SkyRise Consulting retains the right to use anonymized campaign data for internal analysis and marketing purposes without revealing identifying Client information.

All content on the SkyRise Consulting website is owned by or licensed to SkyRise Consulting and may not be reproduced without express written permission.

8 Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public business information exchanged during the engagement, including business data, strategies, customer lists, and financial information. This obligation survives termination of the service relationship.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SkyRise Consulting shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits or business opportunities. SkyRise Consulting's total liability shall not exceed the total management fees paid by the Client in the three (3) months immediately preceding the claim. Results for other clients do not guarantee similar results for all clients.

10 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SkyRise Consulting and its owner, employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of our services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights or applicable laws.

11 Termination

Either party may terminate the service relationship at the end of any billing month with written notice. SkyRise Consulting reserves the right to suspend or terminate services immediately in cases of non-payment, breach of these Terms, or violation of third-party platform policies. Upon termination, all campaign assets will be transferred back to the Client within 5 business days, provided all outstanding fees have been paid.

12 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New Jersey, and both parties consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.

13 Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our website or services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
